Members of our digital team have a passion for running cutting edge communication programs on behalf of our clients, including persuasion, fundraising and acquisition programs. Additionally, members of our teams manage and grow the social media channels of our clients. Team members are expected to be detail oriented to understand data and metrics related to our success and be able to communicate those metrics to others with limited familiarity or subject level expertise. Team members will need to be well versed in various backend programs such as NGP, ActBlue, EveryAction and have familiarity with ad placement. Design experience is a plus, but not required.

Members of our campaign teams have a passion for politics, elections and beating Republicans. The political project manager will leave no stone unturned to find opportunities to help our candidates and causes. Successful team members will have strong attention to detail, be outside the box thinkers and strong communicators. The ability to synthesize information and see patterns and connections between information and data is critical to this position’s success. Strong writing skills are strongly preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Work with candidates and staffers to develop, oversee, manage and execute campaign programs on behalf of clients

• Brainstorm and develop field, fundraising and media plans

• Work with candidates, clients and external consultant teams

Members of our media team will have a passion for the news in all forms - from pitching local and national reporters, to preparing clients for interviews and editorial board meetings to monitoring new and traditional media to find opportunities for our campaigns and causes. Team members are expected to be creative outside the box thinkers who can weave and tell stories as well as synthesize information.

Skills and Abilities:

• Write press releases

• Pitch media stories

• Develop and manage relationships with members of the media

• Serve as an on the record point of contact for clients

Members of the operations team will have a passion for organizational structure and making sure the trains run on time. Team members will be intellectually curious, focused on the big picture of client needs and have the ability to manage up to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Kaban based project management is ideal, but not required.
